Not all services of the notary are subject to the tariff. Certain “detachable” consultations, that is to say independent of the performance of an act, or certain acts not subject to the tariff, give rise not to a fee but to a fee, freely fixed which is subject to ‘a fee agreement given to the client when their file is opened.
